George was a smoker for 40 years and he began smoking when he would sneak cigarettes from his dad. Over the years, he quit several times but this time used the help of the MA Quit Line. Trish helped give him strategies and tips that worked. Now he goes to the gym regularly and has lost weight and feels great.
