Liz had quit quite a few times. She used a patch to help her quit, started volunteering to stay busy, and now goes to the gym every day. She says “This is for me; nobody else. I want to be able to enjoy life.” Liz shared her story about quitting to help motivate others to try to stop and to Make Smoking History.
