Robert was tired of being a smoker. He’d quit several times, but kept going back. To finally quit for good, he got the patch and used the Nicorette gum and even called the QuitLine once for support. He says “If I can quit, I figure anyone can quit. The right motivation has to come from within. I love that I don’t smoke.” Robert shared his story about how he quit to help motivate others to try to stop and to Make Smoking History.
