Jessica began to smoke at age 13 and became a heavy smoker once she was able to pay for her own cigarettes. She found it hard to quit – especially because of stress. But, once her mom was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 42, Jessica made a vow to both her mom and herself never to smoke. Jessica feels better, hasn’t gained wait even though her appetite is better, and saved a lot of money along the way to staying quit.
